How long does it take to customize flanges from China?

By their very nature, custom flanges can be very unique. Even small changes, such as flange size or changing flange material grades, can affect production time and expedition speed. Acceleration is easier with smaller flanges. Small and medium flanges can be manufactured in a relatively short period of time. We have seen smaller custom flanges produced in as little as 5 business days, even in larger quantities. In most cases, custom flanges are expedited as long as our customers give us enough lead time. Larger custom flanges require forgings of a certain size to produce the flange. Obviously, larger-size flange forgings are not always as readily available as smaller-size flange forgings. That’s why we urge our customers to contact a sales representative as soon as they know they need a custom flange. The longer our lead time for producing multiple flange orders, the more likely we are to manufacture and ship your industrial flanges quickly.
